Flight Service Associate:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a highly specialised service locating and arranging private air travel on behalf of our loyal clients.

The successful candidate will:

• Have excellent communication and people skills

• Have previously demonstrated a logical approach to problem solving

• Have the ability to work accurately and efficiently within a team culture

• Be able to maintain a sense of humour even under pressure and

• Be committed to the concept of unrelenting customer service

The ideal candidate will have hands-on air charter experience, with a good understanding of the changing markets of both operators and clients. Be numerate, efficient and accurate, maximising profit without damaging or placing client relationships under pressure.
